We will not share your information with third parties except where necessary for the purpose of administering the promotion. The promotion is operated as a sweepstakes and each participant, by entering, releases Facebook from any possible claim whatsoever.

Competition prize is tickets and/or access to all events being run for the 4th July Irish America Day celebrations in New Ross, Co Wexford. The competition is open to all residents of Ireland, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this competition. The competition is closed to any persons who are under the age of 18 on 3rd July 2012. Only one entry per person will be considered.

By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and to be bound by them.

The winners name will be drawn at random. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw using the email address submitted. Once contact is made with the winner, instructions will be given on how they receive the prize and written notification will be provided. If there is no reply from the winner after 72 hours the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winner for the draw.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries not received. Proof of transmission or posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or deleted whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

Irish America Day reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

If there is any dispute regarding these Terms & Conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this competition if circumstances beyond its control made this necessary.
